Return Policy:
We take great care in packaging and delivering your Tantra Sofa® to you. However, in the unlikely event that your sofa arrives damaged, please inspect the shipment carefully before signing the delivery note. If you notice any damage, please notify us immediately and refuse delivery. If you have already signed for the shipment and noticed damage upon inspection, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for the return of the damaged product and send a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that are not damaged.
Refund Policy:
In the event that you receive a damaged Tantra Sofa® and choose to return it for a refund instead of a replacement product, we will inspect the returned product upon receipt. If the damage is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process, which can take up to 14 days to process.
Please note that refunds are only available for damaged products and not for products that are not damaged.
